Our standard compliance / management consultants are veteran technical communicators who, upon invitation, shall:

> Assess your existing health & safety, quality, environmental, or security management program

> Interview department managers to identify their job functions, responsibilities, and authority

> Encourage ways to ensure health & safety, quality, environmental concerns, and security are an integral part of your everyday work culture

> Recommend enhancements (resulting in as little additional paperwork as possible) that bring you into compliance with a particular standard

> Ensure all basic elements outlined in the standard are in place

> Write new and/or update existing policies and work procedures

> Draft a new, or update an existing, health & safety, quality, environmental, or security manual

> Finalize your new manual and provide both hard and soft copies (MS Word)

> Help you establish the necessary filing system to ensure sustained compliance

> Make a company presentation introducing roles, responsibilities, and expectations to employees

> Assist with a pre-audit assessment
